The idea behind this project comes from Lina Mikalauskaitė, the creator of Q_Q rugs, and Gabrielius Žvirblis @gzparrow – a vision that is both close to their hearts and deeply meaningful. Both reside in Druskininkai – the town where one of Lithuania’s most iconic artists, Mikalojus Konstantinas Čiurlionis, lived and created. This year marks a special occasion – the 150th anniversary of Čiurlionis' birth. We want to honor this milestone not only through remembrance but also through meaningful work that inspires and brings value.

Our project was born from a desire to combine creativity, design, and kindness. After Design Week, we plan to sell the work we’ve created and donate all proceeds to a noble cause.

We believe this project will become not only an expression of our creativity but also a beautiful example of how art can inspire change and spread goodness.
