Birutė Celik

"Seen / Unseen" is an exhibition of abstract art that invites you to take a personal journey through colours, forms and emotions. Birutė Celik is a contemporary visual artist whose work conveys the multidimensional experience she has gained over more than 20 years of working in the international tourism and aviation industries. After travelling the world and experiencing different cultures, she left a successful corporate life in 2024 to immerse herself in art.

Birutė's work is born out of an inner impulse - a unique expression of freedom and silence. Each work is a narrative without words, allowing the viewer to see what we normally overlook. The exhibition includes Amber Dunes, The Assurance, Dreamy, Mirage, Unspoken Gold, Azzure Reflections, Thunderstorm and others, reflecting the beauty of nature, the inner states of humanity, and the multi-layered nature of the world.

These works have already been presented in international exhibitions at the Van Gogh Gallery in Madrid, the Art World Paris art fair, the ITSLIQUID art platform in Venice and London. Her work is travelling further afield - this year she will be exhibiting at the prestigious Art Fair Innsbruck in Austria and the Red Dot Miami Art Fair in the USA.

This journey was born in Kaunas in 2024, where Artistry BiCel, the artist's personal studio and gallery, was founded. This space has become not only a source of creativity but also a place for events, meetings, workshops and community.
